VIDWANS FORMULA is ready to use Lightweight Drymix Aerated Concrete developed with LC3 (Lime Calcined Clay Cement) Technology. An emerging technology that will aid the construction industry to achieve Net Zero Emissions and work towards a more Sustainable Environment.

LIGHTWEIGHT
VIDWANS FORMULA Density: @600 KG/Cubic Meter, in comparison to traditional screed concrete like brickbats/PCC etc, reduces dead loads up to 3-4 times, depending on the design mix. -
THERMAL INSULATION
With Thermal Conductivity as low as 0.08-0.12 W/mK, VIDWANS FORMULA offers 20 times better thermal insulation properties than normal Screed Concrete, reducing thermal losses from/to upper/lower floors and cost of cooling. -
NON-FLAMMABLE / NON-COMBUSTIBLE
Unlike EPS/XPS, Styrofoam, VIDWANS FORMULA is non-combustible and has fire resistance. -
GOOD COMPRESSIVE STRENGTH
VIDWANS FORMULA forms a hard and monolithic surface having at least 2-4 MPa compressive strength, giving seamless floor finish. This density provides good compressive strength to cover finish with plasters, tiles, china mosaics etc. -
ACOUSTIC INSULATION
Reduces Airborne and Impact sound improving sound insulation properties within the screed system.
